my car is idleing weird... if iam driving in any gear and iam at ( 3,000 rpms ) and i push the clutch in, the rpms drop to under 500 and the car almost dies. could it be the idle control vaulve on the throttle body, or is it just cuzz i changed my pullies back to stock i need to reset the computer ?

I doubt it has anything to do with your pullies. Try cleaning out your idle air bypass and throttle body. My car idled waaaay different (better) after I pulled both off and soaked them in throttle body cleaner.

My guess would be the IAC valve. Clean it and if that doesnt help, check it with an ohmmeter
