With the throttle body plate closed you should be under 1.00 volt (around 0.85 to 0.98 volt or so). At wide open throttle you should be a little over 4.0 volts. Open the plate slowly and watch for dead spots in the voltage.<br /><br />Another thing to check is you spart plugs/wires.
