In finding a place to mount the shoulder straps, you can mount it to the floor behind the driver seat. However, I would not recommend this if your shoulders are above the back of the seat. If you roll in an accident with the harness set up like this, you run the risk of harming yourself even more. The lap belts can go where they are most comfy, and the middle strap is mounted under your seat (and comes up between your legs). This is how it was explained to me when I had my roll bar installed. The cross bar in the back hoop is mounted at a height specific to me and my seat.

Shoulder harnesses should be mounted no more than 45 degrees downward behind the seatback. More than that will cause serious compression of the spine in an accident.
I think there's only one company that makes harness that bolt to the rear seatbelt mounting points, and that's Schroth. They utilize an interia system that locks the harnesses under braking.
