How much boost is safe to run without a bypasss valve? Ill be running 9-10 psi. Also, what happends if you dont use one? Can it damage the blower?

Personally, I wouldn't run any centrifugal supercharger without a bypass. I'd say you could get away with 5psi without a bypass, but your 9psi will require one. Boost reversion will back up into the mass air meter, causing erratic performance. It will also blow your discharge tube off under deceleration after boost, causing the car to die instantly. Not good!

what all does that include? Just the bypass valve? Becuase right now im using the plastic elbow, I think Ill need the aluminum one for the bypass valve, right?

Yes, it includes the aluminum elbow, bypass valve, and all tubing and fittings.
