I think its an 8...whichever mark they had in 93....its my moms car and it seems to be going through front brake rotors like crazy...2-3k miles and they are warped...does anyone know of any aftermarket rotors for this car or maybe mustang rotors will fit...im pretty sure its 5 lug so older mustangs are out I guess....thanks for the help/info...

Get some FORD parts and you shouldn't have that problem. Kragen, Pep, and those places are usually not up to par.

she bought the car used, purchased extended warranty and geweke ford in yuba city did the brakes on it the first time around...new pads and rotors....still the same deal...so i dont think its a FORD parts fix...ive heard that this is a common problem for those tug boats...thanks

my wheel beatings were going out pretty bad, cause the tire to wobble a little, that little wobbled over time was killing my breaks, maybe try some bearings whule in there, they are cheap, and even with the factory type rotors the breaks should last longer than that, unless ur mom is into autocross
