Will dumped exhaust pass smog? Also I have an H- pipe with the 2 pre cats hollowed out will that pass smog?

If you are talking about dumps, as in muffler dumps, yes, your car will pass, because the smog test deos not care what happens after the cats. As for trying to pass a smog test with gutted cats,Unless your car has a very high compression motor,the answer is no. Once the Dyno testing gets rolling all over the state, even a high compression motor will fail.

Mine passed smog. It was kinda funny watchin a 50 year old guy crawl under a lowered 5.0 to stick the sniffer in turndowns. Very funny actually.
