Just curious. I've got the battery in the trunk (track legal)and I'm definitely feeling froggy.

I've seen them with the current 1.6X's you have. More tire out back and 4.XX:1 gears never hurt anyone either

Rhett's car yanks the driver side tire consistantly with low 1.6's and high 1.5's. People have claimed to see it come up as high as 6 inches (I didn't take that one to heart...lol)

I was talking out of my ass.
I've got 3 mods in the car now that I think will buy me an 11.8x.
*electric H20 pump *summit plastic bucket seat (pulling the cushion saves 2#'s ) *trunk-mounted battery
who knows.

I was told that I pulled both fronts a couple weeks ago in Redding on a 1.62 60' Front sway bar INSTALLED !!!! Seems the front sway bar helped pick up the other tire
It was actually quite amazing considering there was NO track prep (street legal drag night) no water in the box, no burnout, the swaybar installed AND on the motor.
No wonder the torque box ripped

the quickest cars usually never do
I think it's all about the wheelie myself. I totally see myself going K-member, A-arms and coilovers to save ~80#'s up front, and seeing what that does for the wheelie
it's not like I can keep up with any serious car, so at least I can say, "...yah, but did you see me pull the wheels though?"
