1996 Saleen with 99' motor. 10lb Vortech w/ aftercooler, BBK longtubes, off road hpipe, borla mufflers, 87mm MAF, 42lb injectors, 70mm TB, and autologic chip. Is it necessary for me to purchase an upgraded radiator? If recommended, is that copper radiator I have been hearing about from AutoZone any good? thanks

Ask questions if you have'em, anyone who thinks they're too cool, know's it all, or doesn't want to look stupid has more problems than you.

Honestly, any 3 core radiator is gonna be fine for you especially with an electirc fan. The fan is gonna suck so much cold air through the radiator that you really don't need to spend $$$$ on a super nice looking one from griffen or fluidyne etc... Copper cools quickly but not as fast as aluminum Much better than stock though

Are you sure parts stores have the 'max cool' 3 core radiators for 4.6's? I thought it was only for 5.O's.

I think the GDI copper radiator from Autozone is 1 core too.
