What application???? C&L seems good for starters but I don't think anything beats a Pro-M, However! The Pro-M has to be working correctly. I would say they are not as reliable as a C&L but they are the best when they are working right.

Never had any bad experiences with Pro-M's.

A properly calibrated Pro-M is the only way to go. This is a non issue. Once the air fuel ratio is tuned on the dyno, the difference between the two is next to nothing.

I haven't heard many good things about C&L in any major HP application's, I would definetly use a Pro-M! Or remember that you pay for what you get!

I have a C&L truflo inlet tube. May as well just stick with the one brand and get another C&L product if you ask me.

I have the 76mm C&L. I notcied a huge difference right away. Never had any problems with it. Yet my only comparison is stock vs c&l. I would buy it agian.

I haven't used a C&L, so no way of knowing which is better. And I put my MAF in at the same time as my Novi 2000, so I wouldn't be able to tell you how much of an improvement I saw over stock either. I use a Pro-M. [ April 07, 2003, 02:15 PM: Message edited by: Blu50Stang ]

I have to say C&L isn't bad for moderate NA power, I had the 73 on my 93lx, But on SC applications, definatly Pro-m, I originally put the C&L 76 on my 95 S-trimmed cobra, and it changed my whole opinion of C&L. For a blower car they are shit, put on the Pro-m 80, and it was 100 times better.

Pro-M
You need to ask Byron Renyolds. He can tell you why Pro-M is better. I think they are more tuner friendly

Bought Pro-M, and made big difference on my Cobra. I would by another Pro-M if I had to choose between the two.

I've got the Pro-M on my N/A application. The only 'trouble' with it was trying to prove that it was smog legal (no CARB #'s stamped on it)....whereas the C&L uses the stock casing....so it looks stock. I like my Pro-M....it's perty.
