I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that will replace a heater core in a '79 at a resonable price. i've done one myself once, and will not do it agin.

We won't do it either--it sucks! Call Radiatorland on De La Cruz in Santa Clara. They've done great work on all the heater core jobs I've sent to them.

I'll do it for $50 bucks and a 6 pack. Will 2 crecent wrenches and some zip ties cover it?

I can install a few small heaters behind each vent and wire them hot off of the battery if you want
Goodluck man.
Try calling 542-4367 and ask for Nigel. He just opened a shop and specializes in mustangs. Tell him you got the number from Don.
