I have a question. Alright, need a lil' help here. I got a Romeo (96-98) 4.6 block and I wanna slap some heads/cams on that bad boy. BUUUT, I do not know if I can change my heads out without removing the engine. I have seen people do head swaps on the 4.6 before and they have removed the engine. Is this necessary? Also, if I can't do that... what about cams? I'd imagine since they just rest under the valve covers, that there would not be a problem swaping those out without having to remove the engine or anything too time consuming like that. Any input would be appreciated. THANK YOU!

I don't see why you would go through the hassle of swapping out just the cams with out getting better flowing heads under your hood.

I doubt that you have to remove the whole engine. Some people might do that cause it could be easier for them, but its a hassle putting everything back together. Change out the heads & cam, like they say: kill 2 birds w/one stone.
