I have a 96 Saleen with o/r x pipe, borla exhaust, pulleys, cold air, and 3:55 gears, what kind of 1/4 mile times should i see? I am thinking of buying comp cams new cams with the springs, does anybody know anyone who has used one, will this work with my stock pistons, which cam should i get? what kind of performance gains can i look at? any help will help, and if not comp cams which cam? thanks

cam on a 96 GT?

why not do the P.I. (99+) heads/cam package instead?

or a blower?

I'd expect nearly zero benefit on the stock SOHC 4.6 from that year.

unless your saleen already has a blower, then sure, it'll help but doing the heads/cam thing would still be better.
