Can anyone here hook my car up to check to see what codes are coming up? I put my MILS on about a month ago, thn about 2 weeks after my MIL came back on, even reset the computer again last night and this morn it popped back on.

It looks like you live quite a distance from me.Too bad. I have the same scan tool that Ford dealers use to read codes. I don't scan codes for free, but I would not charge an arm and a leg. Good luck.

I've found that MIL Eliminators work only about 40-50% of the time. The only real solution is to have a chip burned to absolutely turn off the rear O2 sensors. A Mustang owner can try the MIL Elims and hope they work, or they can just get a chip to turn off the MIL, and get some added hp to boot.

hey cobraracer, pm me how much you would charge to scan my codes. I really need to see whats causing my Mils light to come on. I am pretty sure its my exhaust...anyway, let me know. thanks Jersey

I have an OBD II you can use. It takes 5 minutes to identify the code. Eamil me at kcdmail@pacbell.net if you want to come by this weekend and use it (I live in San Jose about 2 miles eas of I-280 and I-880)
