However, I'm tryin to find ways to shorten it even more, and if possible, shortening the throw. I put it in with factory settings so I dont know if its possible to change out either. Does anyone know a VERY short handle that I could replace the Hurst one with? It depends on the geometry (pivot point) of the shifter base. Ive read that the Steeda Tri-ax has one of the longer shifters for greater comfort, but still has the shortest throw. Thats what I use and I love it. The Pro 5.0 feels a lot shorter and stiffer but my Tri-Ax feels more comfortable and precise.
