I am not sure about price or installation but I know that almost ALL law enforcement agancies use lojack. If you have it on your car, they WILL find it. Plus you can get a discount on insurance too ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

about a year ago my girls mom's 5.0 was stolen and she and i and a bunch of other peeps wanted to get lojack on our cars, we never did but its a huge investment, the price we were quoted was 550 each but that was because there was 6 of us who wanted to do it, i called my incurance company 21century and the discount for having lojack only lowered my premium bu 12 bucks so i said screw it, the good thing was though that the lojack company that was going to do our install said that they guarantee your car will be found with in 24hours of being reported stolen, and if not they will match whatever your insurance company gives you, so whatever the cost i should have done it when i had the chance and now i cant NO $$$$$$$!!!!!! hope this helps peace

I have the Lo Jack system on my Mercedes. I've been called by them before due to the door being opened by a technician. It took them about 10 seconds to pinpoint the EXCACT location of my car and call me. So ya, they work. If you guys are finding the systems for under 600 then you have no reason to complain

Web search in November 2001 got me "tintvisions-lojack" distributor based in Florida. They arranged a local installer (in California) for a cost of $595.

we sell lojack at my dealership....if interested call me...i believe i can beat that 595.00 and there is no monthly charge for the standard lojack unless you get the new lojack with the key and they call 4-5 of the #'s you provide them with when your car is being started without your keys.
