hey i need help on putting this rgulator on someone, that knows what they are doing to tell me thanks.

Its pretty basic job, no tricks or special tools needed.
Remove the upper intake manifold to gain full access to the regulator. Remove the bolts holding it in place and replace the stock regulator with your adjustable one. Be sure to put a light coat of oil on the rubber gaskets before installing them.

You dont even need to remove the intake manifold, or anything else. So long as you have the right tools to take off the 3 bolts. (And if hands can get in there)

How do you know how to adjust it accordingly, does it really give you that 10-15hp?

The best way to adjust them, is to look at your fuel pressure gauge (assuming u have an aftermarket one, that is accurate!) then put the fuel pressure to what you want. I dont know about gaining 10-15 hp from this...I guess if you were using 30lb injectors or bigger and still had the stock fuel regulator, you might. This meaning (I am not sure if 30lb injectors good example) the injectors were not getting enough fuel and thus not getting as good as performance.

P.S. Maybe someone with a lil more knowledge will be able to tell you if you can really gain 15 hp from this, I certainly dont think so if you are using the stock 19#'s, unless u want to get that extra hp from running way rich.

Delete that post of mine with just hte quote, some how the computer sent in my reply before I even replyed.
I believe it took me about 40 minutes to uninstall the stock regulator and install my BBK Adj. Fuel Pres. Regulator. That was without removing the intake manifold, or anything else...just opening the hood and going to work. Oh yea, that was my first time, so I am sure you can do it. I believe some Allen wrenches will be needed, if not, just ignore me.
