Author Topic: Fuel Pressure low? mustanggt5091 All I need is..... Member # 444 posted                              What should fuel pressure be set at? Mine is at 35 psi and drops to 33 when reved above 1500. I was thinking it should be in the 38 to 40 psi range. any ideas. I have a stock fuel pressure regulator, I hear Kirben are the way to go. Your fuel pressure will raise (stock setting is 41#'s at WOT/0 vacuum I think) when you go WOT (no vacuum). What the fuck, I do have 24 and slightly larger fuel rails(351 rails), but thats low I think. Eric, since you melted part of my dads timing light, let me get one of your smog pumps.
