Well, i got new track times from the new motor. Got a lil pisst off cause i only got 3 runs and there wasnt alot of cars. There were letting all the drag cars go first. oh well. fuck it. Here are my times.
First run. 60ft: 2.416 1/4: 13.604 MPH:109.706
2nd run: 60 ft:2.017 1/4: 12.774 MPH: 110.058
3rd run: 60 ft: 2.111 1/4: 12.811 MPH: 110.996
First run i tried dumping the clutch @ 4k(really dumb)so i spun the tiers off the launch.
Second run i launched @ around 15-2krpm. no tier spin at all.
Third run i spun them again. Hopefully i will get more runs next time i go. but im happy for noe. with a better 60ft i should be in the mid to low 12's.

Nice #'s. Maybe with a few more passes you could have perfected a solid 12.6-12.5. Better luck next time.

why not get rid of the 17s so you car will actually do what it's supposed to do?

The 17's are just for the street. I will be getting dome 15 or 16 inch prostars or drag lits.

That's why I have a 1200 stall on my blown 408w. It's all about the street car, and being able to have good excuses for when I inevitably lose to a better set-up.

Why didn't you try the radials with less psi say maybe 15-17 psi? Thats probably why you spun so hard on your first run.
