I was wondering if my pump or reg is going out because as I drive my fuel pressure drops over time. When I start the car, the pressure is at 45, then as I drive for about a half hour, it slowly drops to about 36psi. Also my car hiccups sometimes when I'm on the freeway in 5th gear and I step on it. Do you think that its caused by the fuel pressure drop or maybe a tfi thats going bad?
PS- car isnt stock, its blown/heads/cam/intake/30lbs/255 fuel pump

Its not the TFI for sure. Do you have an FMU? Have you checked for any vacuum leaks?
