I think that setup with 1-chambers would be perfect, and it passed smog. You're not gonna see much difference between mufflers but get the sound you like and I have turndowns and that was the best thing for my sound next to taking off the cats but since you don't plan on taking off the cats the turndowns will get that louder sound that you want.
