my girl's been on jackstands for weeks now, waiting for funds to rebuild my T5 and put a new clutch in. I'm thinking that with all the trouble I went through to get the old exhaust pipes off I should just do it up now that it's all in pieces.
my dilemma is that I will be putting on longtubes and the accompanying shortened H pipe, and I don't have the cash right now. I'm about a month (maybe 2) away from that cash ($600 and change for MAC tubes w/ prochambers, not counting the $500 for T5 build and clutch). I want to drive her so bad now, but I know I would regret it when I'm all done putting my OLD parts back on with no performance plumbing. and last, I think the exhaust is unnecessary on my almost stock GT for now, (but 2-3 months from now I'll be doing intake and heads..so who knows)
what would you guys do?

I have a spare used t5 tranny i would part with for $350, no clutch, has bellhousing, no gear grind (except for a little in reverse if ur not careful) has 85,000 miles on it, was in car that had no performance mods, includes hurst short throw shifter, PM if interested, do the exhaust after the tranny is in, much easier
