I don't remember seeing anything about not being legal for use in California. Just wondering... I want follow all the rules and not be hassled about it. As for the CAI, do I need a CARB number for that too? I don't think Moroso has one. If you have a K&N filter in the stock location they will not complain, otherwise, you need a CARB or a smog tech who will look the other way.
