I am thinking of adding a gt-40 intake to my '88 5.0 h.o. and was wondering what size injectors I should use, and also how to find out what injectors I have already installed? any help would be appreciated. [worship] [BS flag]

Your stock 19 lbs injectors will be fine. Infact, adding a GT40 intake to stock heads and cam will only get you 5HP or so. If your injectors are orange, they're the factory 19 lbs injectors.

Stock for sure, BUT if you are going to be adding heads, cam, more power in the future consider 24 pounders if it will be somewhat mild.
