It seems that the hanger ends just where the plug is and bends the cable almost to 90 degrees. I did cut the rubber groumet that the hanger goes into a bit and that relieved it somewhat but thats about it. My x-pipe is hanging by the rear mufflers and the headers. It reduces inside car vibrations as well.
