What kind of gains did you get from the JBAs. Also where did you get them and how much.

I can't believe you're running 12.9s @ 105 in a SOHC w/o headers!

I have them installed simultaneously with my new heads, so cannot comment on actual gain from them alone. I've seen a couple of NA dyno sheets on stangnet, if memory serves right the gain was in 5rwhp area. Not worth the trouble imo, labor cost will kill you, you'll definitely see better gain from LT, of course there is emission issue but if you have it covered....

The nice thing about the JBAs is their C.A.R.B approved. That's one reason why I want to go with them. I also don't want to fork out a bunch of cash to go to LTs and a new x-pipe. Did you get your's from Sacromento Mustangs?

The cheapest I could find. http://speedworx.com]http://speedworx.com Don't forget Stage 8 locking bolts and use Ford gaskets only, not that crap they supply with the headers. [ January 07, 2003, 11:57 AM: Message edited by: Andrew WOT ]

I completly understand the benifits of LTs over shorties. But for the LT setup that I want I'm looking at close to 1k for parts. Sac Mustang has the JBAs for $3something. The JBAs will tie me over until I decide on what motor I will go with in the future. Quick88LX Thanks I will keep that in mind. Vacaville=SmogII
