Topic: can someone help me diagnos this problem

my car is having a problem when it sits at idle its giving out light pops if i push in the clutch and rev it up it pops louder and while im driving if i accel and then let my foot off the gas to decel once it hits 2k rpms the exhaust just flattens out and does alot of fast pace sputters and i can notice the car is defintely weaker anybody have any ideas??? or some causes of these symptoms thanx for the help in advance
By the way its a 96 gt ive replaced the EGR valve and the IAC valve could maybe one of these gone bad again?? or what about bad wires?? or coil pack??
PS. It couldnt be a cause of low compresssion could it?

the car pops what you mean like from the exshoust
does it do it when its park couse i notices you said it does it when you push the clutch

i only said it does it when i push in the clutch so its in neutral is what i meant by it and yes the pop comes from the exhaust it isnt because of my o/r xpipe it didnt do this before

i pulled all the plugs and the driver side plugs had white reisdue on them the passanger side ones did not, how can one bank be different from the other and what are symptoms of white residue i know rich but also cant coolant cause them to be white?

how long have you had your off road pipe
some times it takes time for to break in
it might be couseing the the popeing
