I have a V6 mustang thats lowered with Eibach springs but has the shitty stock struts and shocks and it bounces up and down and all that. Would it help significantly if I bought used Cobra struts and shocks?

Just buy some aftermarket 5 way adjustbles and you will be just fine.

what are your plans for the car? Do you want to road race, drag race, or just drive on the street smoother?

no cause I can get a much better deal on the cobra stuff than on Konis and KYb's cause I'm buying them used. Do you guys think it will make a significant differnce?
and Blown Mystic: I'm buying them for $50 dollars and they have 5k miles, so if you can beat that offer I'll take them.
