Which clutch is better and how much will I be paying for the whole clutch system? Would I need a new fly wheel and cables or will the stock ones work? Thanks.

I have a King Cobra clutch in my stang but I would go with the spec 1 clutch cause I heard it's a better clutch.A spec 1 clutch runs you about $170.00 to $190.00 depending on where you buy it from. But if you decide to go with a King Cobra Clutch it's about $160.00 to $200.00.You will have to resurface your flywheel and it will be best to buy a adjustable clutch cable and quadrant.

stock cable should last the life of the vehicle. however, when changing the clutch it's a good time to pick up a firewall adjuster and the multi-position pickup thing (quadrant) under the dash.
spec stage 1 vs. king cobra? spec is the clutch "of the month" it seems, IMHO, not much difference. They're both using valeo pressure plates if that matters to you.
