How much does a good valve job cost? What size valves should i run if i am going to run the F303 and high compression? Also what kind of springs should I run?> Building engins for the most power and least amount of money is a trickey job.

valve job= biggest waste of money ever. Easily you'll get charged $500. (I'm talking for stock E7TE heads with high mileage)

for that kind of change you could pick up a freshened pair of GT-40 heads. Seriously.
