Well I have already come to the conclusion that I have a bad head gasket. Well today I was looking under the hood and noticed that I was also leaking coolant between the TB and EGR. I was just wondering if that had to do with the head gasket or if I fucked something else up too.
Thanks
EDIT: So then this probably means I have gotten coolant down in Mass Air Meter. That will fuck it up won't it. [ October 11, 2002, 03:36 PM: Message edited by: unfknblvbl89 ]

Coolant between the T/B and EGR??? Bad gasket. That has nothing to do with the Head gasket. Just replace the gasket between the T/B and EGR.

actually, coolant only runs *inside* the EGR spacer. The gasket between the EGR spacer and the TB is only to prevent vacuum leaks (air).
If you're leaking coolant there, more than likely, the hoses/clamps that run the coolant to/from are leaking. If by some miracle the coolant passages in the EGR spacer itself have cracked, you are screwed! get a new spacer.

Pleas Correct me if i'm wrong but the EGR has 2 Gaskets. 1 between the T/B and EGR the other between the EGR and the upper intake. The One that go's between the EGR and intake is for the vacum and the other is where the coolant is.

Sorry ShadeTree, beg to differ. Coolant is retained between the EGR and TB by a gasket.

Well hell I guess I shouldn't worry about to much seems how my head gasket is bad and I am still driving on it, even though throttle response sucks ass, and it doesn't want to go any faster than 45. I am just waiting for it to blow. That is kinda of my objective. This way when I have to take the wife's truck everyday and she needs to go somewhere then she will understand the importance of me getting a new engine. However, the concept of not having her truck and getting in and going when she feels the need hasn't hit her yet and won't til it happens.
Thanks for the answers.
