i am helping a friend with his 97 civic and i need to find the valve train clerance specs on the internet thanks for the help

just slap a sticker on the car...that will solve your problem, not to mention adding 5 hp, and decreasing your tq by 5. Hope that helps

what you need is the shop manual, plain and simple. And I'm not talking that crappy haynes/chilton thing they sell in the stores. If you're doing a valvetrain adjustment, buy the shop manual that pertains to it from Honda or the Honda dealer or whatever they distribute through.
