If the problem was with sample dilution, that is determined by the amount of CO + CO2 which must equal at least 8% Chances are that the air injection system is NOT functioning properly (broken vacuum line, stuck diverter valve, etc...) Was the air injection system actually checked out? What were your CO and CO2 reading? What is your timing set at?
