Okay, I've been hearing things about the bullit intake and I want somebody to further explain how its better than my stock intake, and what kind of gains its good for.
Also, is it available through ford, or is it now considered an aftermarket piece that is available through outside companies?

well the intake ahs bigger runners and can be ported to give more flow
on a NA car I would say dont get it the gains would only be 5-10 rwhp if that
but if you have a S/C on your car well then get it you will see about 35rwhp with no porting

from what i understand the bullit intake is only good for high horsepower cars there was a guy on the corral who just put one on his 00 gt with a vortech and only gained he said 13 hp on the dyno but i remember seeing in the mmff magazine that guy with the procharger gained like 30 but he was pushing 500rw hp more hp bullit intake responds better

yea but ford is goin to be freaken expensive they have up'd the price 3 times higher for the lower intake
it will cost like 900 for just the lower part you would be better off getting a kit from some on else who sells the complete kit it will cost you like 1300 - 1500

well that I know of there are only 2 intakes available one is the bullit and the othere is the SVO wich you would have to modify to make it work on 99up gt's
If you not in any rush I would wait to see what else comes out
