I want a 5 lug conversion for my car. If you have one or have done one can you tell me about how much $ it would cost. Also anyone seen 95 cobras on a fox? not the cobra rs the regular ones.

I just finished another one of these conversions. Car is a 93 GT, wheels are 97 Cobras. New rotors (Lincoln mark VII's) are about $100 new (cheaper of course $23/ea from a boneyard). Dunno what the cost of Ranger axles are new, but I paid $23/each from the yard for mine. Drums were $12/each used..$5 turn on them. Add new brake parts (shoes and disc pads)...total was around $140. Wheels cost me $300 for all. Also, don't forget a new spare tire!!

Sounds like a good excuse for 4 wheel disc ("Pick N Pull"-Newark, has a Lincoln 8.8 with rear disc for $100. last time I was there)...94-97 cobra wheels look REALLY good on foxes. They look trick with pony center caps too. [ August 13, 2002, 09:05 PM: Message edited by: Black94 5.0 ]

I was thinking about doing something like that but I'm also thinking about having 350hp at my toes so it is kind of a toss up. I have about 4 grand at the moment but need new rear suspension parts and just got a set of bfg comp ta s.
