I'm looking to buy a NHRA rulebook and cannot find one anywhere. Does anyone know of somewhere in the bay area that stocks them?

one way is to join the NHRA, the other(cheaper way) is to ask a friend who is an NHRA member and ask to see his or her rulebook. You could also post any rule questions on this site or maybe www.fordmuscle.com, there are lots of NHRA members around here. Hope this helps
