worried. I just finished putting my new exhaust and I smell this smell (don't know what it is). I assume it is the headers. Do new headers smell funny.

I'm not sure what kind of smell your talking about...but new mufflers, piping, etc will let off a "smell" for a while.

Yup, when I put on my flows, they had this 'melting' smell for a couple days. Same exact thing with my prochamber. I've heared its just the new coating burning off [Eek!]

its the oil burning off. they store exhuasts stuff with a bit of oil on them so they don't rust it smells for atleast a week or so and when its is all burned off you'll notice your exhuast is a lot louder than it was when you first put it on
