Has anyone tried drilling their seperator plate per Jerry Wroblewski (ford tranny engineer) specs? The t-bird crowd seem to think this is the way to modify the tranny for quicker, firmer shifts and make the thing built proof (better than a shift kit). What are your thoughts? Is there a bay area shop that has done this?
