She idling extremely low- say 550-650, when the idle should be at about 850, and feels like she's about to die. And also feels really rough and starts sputtering and putting out black smoke from between 1000-2000, but then after that its OK. Now when I remove the custom burned chip I get a code of 11-11 meaning everything checks out OK, but I still have he same idling and low RPM issues.
