Wherever you go do not go to Differential Doctors in San Leandro. I have also heard good things about Rear End Specialties!!

I went back there on Monday because I have a humming noise in my rear end. Called first, I was supposed to be there a 11:00. The guy was not there. Dude there said to come back at 2:30. So I drive back again, he is not there again. Same guy says to come back at 4:30. So I drive my ass back there and get there at 4:35 and the same guy says his dad(the guy who I was supposed to see) waited and left already and wanted me to come back on Tuesday. Three fucking trips from Dublin to San Leandro in one fucking day. Fuck them!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. Crank is no way to run a business

Diff. Dr. in San Leandro screwed me over. I went in to have a rear axle bearing replaced after it started humming a few days after he did a gear swap and John refused to work on it because he said it was in my transmission. The noise was clearly coming from the rear left axle and he refused to work on it because he was positive that it was coming from the driveshaft. I went to a local shop to have it inspected and it turned out to be the rear bearing.

Yung and tne rest....how do you know if your bearings are going out??? I hear something from the rear at very low speeds, like driving on to the driveway...but I don't believe there is humming noise from the rear..what signs to look for??
