I know how you feel, once that stock clutch goes out, its never the same. The squeak your hearing in neutral is the throwout bearing. Yeah i know, everything was replaced when ya did the clutch, but thats what it is. Theres a few things you can try and do to get the noise to disappear for a bit but it'll come back. Lifting up on the clutch pedal itself(self adjusting clutch) sometimes helps. Also a good tester is to see if the noise goes away after pushing the clutch in about an inch and holding it. But, if you want to get down and dirty, you can follow your clutch cable that leads to the cover on your tranny, take the cover off and if you tweak your fork around, you can see exactly on what you need to adjust in order to get your throwout bearing to completely release. Now im not completely sure, but i think with a steeda clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster, it should eliminate your noise problem.

Well, I don't know if this will help, but I'm having the Steeda Double Hook Clutch Quadrant, Firewall Adjuster, and Adjustable cable shipped out via UPS overnight & will be having it installed on Friday when I have my new factory clutch put in, flywheel resurfaced, throwout & pilot bearings replaced, new pressure plate, etc. I'll let you know if I hear any sqeaking and whether or not I am able to fix it with the firewall adjuster & cable.
