Odds are the supercharger is making your exhaust hotter than when you didn't have the supercharger. Your pipes and mufflers are getting heated more than they ever have before and there is a sort of break in period where they get used to the new temperature. Superchargers compress air. The compressed air that goes into the engine has to leave the engine, and it leaves it via the exhaust.
