Do 4.6 coil packs go out often? When they do is it like a miss or do they go out completely? What's a good replacement for them? Thanks for any info.

if a coil pack goes out it will not fire at all and 4 cylinders will be dead.. If you have a miss then its something else..Unless you have major mods the stock coil packs are great..
