With your stock setup you don't need to get a new MAF right now. What other mods do you have? Gears, pullies, exauhst? Need some more info.

You dont need to get a MAF but it would be a good idea to get one just to take care of it now.......any future mods that start increasing air flow will start to see a restriction....I would just do it so you never have to worry about the sensor again.....my .02 cents

You will not gain much from a new MAF for the price. Best $$$ for HP mods are Pullies & gears (4.10s).

A new MAF will be tough to install with the MAC, some sawing and new tubing will be needed.

FOr size if your gonna get it I would go with the 73 for a N/A setup or for a forced induction/nitrous setup i would get the 76mm that should be plenty big and make sure it is calibrated to whatever size injectors you have on now.
