What is your take on this, the 165cc, and 185cc are the same price, and I was thinking about getting a pair, would the 185cc be to much for a stock block, or what can I do to run the 185cc?

The larger valves on the 185's will hit the stock pistons.

Taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture, what are your goals and expectations with the combo you're building?

To run the 185's on the stock block you will have to cut the pistons. The 165's will bolt on with no clearance problems.

What exactly do you want out of your car??

Pretty much the best combo on a stock 302.

What is the lowest you are willing to go on the heads? PM me. And what cam do you recommend? Also How much better is the RPM intake, than the trick flow track heat?
