The idle starts high sometimes but goes down after a few seconds. If you didn't, you really need to reset your computer. Do this by unplugging the battery (negative terminal is usually the easiest) and letting it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then put it back on. I got the C&L 80 on my GT, and the reps at C&L said DO NOT combine the C&L kit with any other cold air kits. They warned me of the problems you're having.
