I have MAC 2-1/2" H-pipe w/cats.Is there any muffler shop in the Fremont/Hayward/East bay area that can cut after the cats and custom fit some X shaped tubing? Has anyone had a custom X made? Thanks.

Yeah the shop in Dublin i think its called minute muffler will do it for you. I think its on Dublin Blvd.

summit sells x pipe kits for i think 30$ . just have someone weld it in

Summit doesn't sell anything worth buying as far as the X-Pipe. Look to BBK or Bassani for your application. Pricing should start somewhere at around $250.

Why don't you try Guaranteed Mufflers on Fremont and Thornton? They do lots of mustangs there...
And you're right around the block..

True Dat! I forgot about them. Last time I went there some old,bald,business suited guy had pulled in with a 97' Viper and asked if they could make his Viper sound like a mustang 5.0! I thought that shit was funny. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
