ok im dripping oil out of the bolt at the bottom of my oil pan...had this problem before and got new seal and bolt...coould it have gone bad so soon allready?like 6 months its been

6 months? hmmm seems a bit quick to me i have had my cars same seal on it forever, i dont know what to tell ya. but i dont think the seal could have worn. unless something weird is going on lol

What part of the pan is it leaking from? Could any of the bolts loosened up over 6 months?

from the bottom of the oil pan? that bolt? I can guarantee you either:

1. you're leaking out the threads of the oil pan bolt (means the washer isn't there or working)

2. your oil pan seal is leaking, running down tha pan, and falling from the lowest point.

if it's coming off the flex-plate shield, it could be ugly.

its comming from the bolt..ill check the washer and bolt today
