I know the heads have the smog ports. I don't think the cam has a CARB number, but from what I remember, its not too wild. As for the intake... It lists the intake as CARB legal... I didn't see the smog port in the picture... but now seem to remember something about it being external? Anyways, you're better off picking your own combo.
