No leaks after about 4 assemble/disassemble cycles.<br /><br />At the header, some guys use that copper gasket sealing super high temp stuff. You should not need any sealant. When I put my X pipe on my 98 cobra I just re used the original one. Inspect the old one, if it still looks fine you should be alright. If it looks smashed or to toasted change it. You will not need any sealant though.
