i took some good advice and went to a stereo shop after work to day and got the forks to take out my stock stereo. got it out got it un pluged and got my new to put in. BUT!!! it looks a little more difficult than i thought. any help would be nice. it's a sony xplode. model # cdx-ca750x. (if that means anything) any ways i could use some help. hitme up. my # 510-489-9273. names anthony. thanxs

Go back to the stereo shop and buy the adapter cable that'll connect from the back of your sony deck to the ford connector. If they don't have it, go to another shop.
